Freight Terms:

Free freight with orders of 500 pounds or more. Small orders shipped freight collect.  All packing weights are shipping weights.

Shipping:

To assist in tracking, customers receiving free freight orders will be faxed a copy of the freight carrier's bill of lading the day the order has been shipped.

• Normal turnaround time for truck shipments is 5 workdays (7 maximum) from the day order is received, sooner if at all possible.
• Bid Season is 7 to 10 workdays.
• Smaller shipment turnaround is 2 to 4 workdays.
• Drop-shipping service is available.
• Any shortages must be documented on the bill of lading to insure that proper credit is given. Please count the cartons when they arrive.

Minimums and Small Order Charges:

Ha-Ste has no minimum quantity and charges nothing extra for small orders.

Packaging:

Unless custom labeling is specified, all wet and dust mop refills are packaged with generic tags in plain poly bags and cartons. Mop refills and hardware products are generally packaged in cartons of 12. As there are exceptions, please inquire when ordering.

Purchase Orders:

To expedite prompt order processing, please use product numbers, product names, and color selection when applicable. For fax orders: 937-968-4524 or call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-228-6677.

Add-Ons:

Ha-Ste will make every effort to accommodate "Add-On" orders. Please contact our Customer Service Department as quickly as possible to insure shipment with original purchase order.

Back Orders:

Ha-Ste will immediately notify customers in the event of any back ordered items. Every effort will be made to accommodate customer requests, including the shipment of partial orders in emergency situations.

Returns:

Returns must be authorized in advance by our Customer Service Department. Ha-Ste will accept merchandise within thirty days of invoice. Customer is responsible for return freight and a 20% restocking fee will apply to all returned products. Please note that discontinued and private labeled merchandise is not returnable.

Credit:

Payment terms are Net 30 Days from date of invoice to customers that have established credit with Ha-Ste. To establish credit, contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-228-6677 for a copy of our customer credit application.  You may also download an application here, complete it, and fax it back to us at 937-968-4524.

Pricing Information:

• All prices are subject to change without notice, but Ha-Ste will make every effort to give customers reasonable advance notice of any such changes.
• All bid-pricing orders MUST be accompanied with the original bid number to insure proper charge.
